My camera clock was still on British time. This is a shot from my vacation motel garden ( about 2pm ) with the Bay of Quinte at the bottom where I spent many hours talking to a groundhog, a wild rabbit, swans, robins ( robins don't have individual territories here), gulls, geese, black squirrels, otters and other creatures ( oh and a tiny bird which flew rapidly 400 metres from the left to hover for a few seconds inches away from my face just to see what I was then unceremoniously flew back again I learned later he was a hummingbird and his ilk can be quite fearless and nosey. At any one time there were at least 15 birds or animals that I could see all within the same number of metres away. And at sunset it only got more beautiful and more crowded with critters. It was my kind of paradise.
