Looking up from the bottom of the garden of the motel near the Bay of Quinte where I stayed for my vacation.
My camera clock was not adjusted from British time so the time of the photo is actually 7pm .
There could very well be a wild rabbit in the photo somewhere. He wandered about pleasing himself where he went and would often take long looks at me from about 4 paces away either from the driveway or the garden. He never came closer or allowed me to get closer. But never ran way
The guy running it said it gets busier as the weather gets warmer. Says mainly fisherman use it. People seemed to come and go whilst I was there, not many...usually one night. Must have been business or stopover on a long drive.
I think when business travelers find a nice place, they tend to stay there in the future. When we stayed at a bed and breakfast, we met a man who just stayed one night and had stayed there before. There are a lot of people who don't like the big chain hotel and motel chains.
